Western Canada's Premier Athletic & Sport Development Centre

ATHLETES NATION is designed around the training needs of developing athletes, pro athletes, teams, sport academies and parents of athletes. This state-of-the-art athletic training facility is located north of Servus Place at #107, 125 Carleton Drive, St. Albert, AB.

1st Step Quickness SOCCER


ATHLETES NATION's 1SQ Advanced Soccer Training program starts on August 17th, 2009. This unique athletic development program targeting soccer players focuses on turning the player into a player-athlete with the speed, power, strength and conditioning to outperform others on the soccer pitch.

About the Facility


The Fieldhouse and Speed Track feature an athletic 'FieldTurf' surface, the closest thing to real grass, favoured by professional athletes around the world. The 30-foot-high ceilings create an open and inviting training experience. The Weight Room is 2000 sq. ft. It includes five 9-foot power racks, 4 Olympic weightlifting platforms with bumpers and other specialized equipment for team and academy training.

In addition to training programs for serious athletes, ATHLETES NATION offers rental of the ideal training facility for sports teams, academies and schools.





Bus Available for Rentals


Athletes Nation has recently purchased a 29-passenger deluxe coach bus, great for team road trips and tournaments.
