ATHLETES NATION provides 1SQ Maintenance programs for athletes seeking to maintain the speed, power, strength and conditioning they developed with their 1SQ program. The 1SQ Maintenance program runs once or twice a week depending on the level of the athlete and is ideal for athletes who are competeting and desire to continue with their physical training in a safe, productive manner.
